Sitting with Santa, soaking in all the Christmas lights, playing with grandparents, aunts/uncles and cousins... it has been a special time for all! We are loving watching the wonder and awe on their sweet faces as they soak up all the sights, sounds and smells of the season. How fun to experience Christmas through their eyes!
We had a great time seeing Santa (no tears!! couldn't believe it), looking at all the Christmas trees and train. The boys couldn't have been sweeter. Grammie and Pops met us for our visit to Santa just in time for Christmas. Big thanks to Grammie for waiting in line for us so we didn't have to!
I was a little worried about our Christmas tree, but the boys have done really well with it. Of course, there is usually a hand full of ornaments along the tree skirt each night.... but that's ok with me! They love laying on the floor under the tree and staring at the lights. They also have a little tree in their room with Andrew's childhood ornaments on it (rocking horses). They go to sleep with it on each night and immediately request the tree to be turned on in the morning. What will I do when Christmas is over? Below- Will, then Logan admiring the lights
We also celebrated Christmas early with the Morrows. This year we held our party at Woodrow Hall, which has plenty of room for this crazy crew to run and play! All the boys (Logan, Will and Graham) got riding toys from their Nana and Pappy- so WH's spacious ballroom was the perfect place to try them out. We also got a visit from Santa (Pappy). A fun time was had by all!
It's hard to believe there's only one more day until Christmas! We wish you all a very Merry one- celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior!
