Warning: there a lot of pictures to this post! We spent a week at Gulf Shores in May with Nana and Pappy (Andrew's parents.) We had so much fun digging, swimming, splashing, fishing- it was hard to narrow them down! This was a great age for the boys at the beach- they loved it all! They woke bright and early every morning asking to go right away to the beach or pool.
We went out to dinner our first night there- just the four of us. The boys loved looking out over the water and the bay side playground as well. Logan in navy, Will in sky blue.
Looking for "treasures" with Nana and Pappy- they could do this for hours I think!
The condo had an indoor/outdoor pool, which was perfect for us on cooler days. The boys were not afraid of the water and acted like little fishies from the start. They loved the safety and independence allowed by their new floaties. I was amazed to see them jumping from the steps and going under water to their daddy (while holding their breath!)

Caught in action- throwing sand on each other, yuck! To my dismay, this was also a favorite activity! Check out the sunglasses- wouldn't take them off all week, cracked us up!

We had a great time and were so sad to leave! Can't wait to get back to the beach!
