Visit With the Fokens

Labor Day weekend we headed to Atlanta to spend time with friends and family.  We were long overdue for a visit with Erica, Landon and the kids!  Logan and Will couldn't wait to get to their house Friday night to play with Miller and Eliza Kate. Caleb was excited to meet his new friends too!

 We dined al fresco as the adults attempted to catch up AND coerce little ones to sit and eat.  They were just too excited to be still and have dinner.  The bouncy house in the basement was calling their names! So, we let dinner slide and let the crazy monkeys bounce away... Giggles and laughter filled the house as they burned off some energy.  Landon and Andrew played referee...

 I was only able to snag this brief pause by Logan and Miller:

 It was great catching up with my college bestie (as always), just wish we could see each other more often!  Thankful for this friendship that spans the years and miles and for picking up right where we left off .
