Last weekend we had so much fun catching up with old friends from Samford. One of my good friends from ADPi, Lindsey, came up from Florida to spend the weekend with us. It was the boys' first time meeting "auntie Linds." We ate good food, stayed up late catching up (10:30 is late these days!!) played with the boys and enjoyed the gorgeous fall weather. My sweet friend soaked up every minute of the Birmingham foliage and crisp morning air (something she does not get in sunny Florida.)
Saturday we took the boys to Samford for the first time. They did great hanging out with us and meeting old friends from our college days. Sigma Chi and the Alpha Delts had tents on the quad with yummy food for the alumni and students. It was our first trip back to homecoming since the year after graduation. I loved seeing familiar faces and walking down memory lane on the gorgeous grounds of my alma mater. It was a great weekend- Go Samford Bulldogs! Thanks Linds for making the treck up- we LOVED seeing you, it had been too long! So thankful for friends that you can pick right back up with no matter how long it's been or how far apart life has taken you.

What fun! Isn't it wild that the same campus you walk your babies on is where you and Andrew dated? What a neat place SU is!!
Where are the boys Sigma Chi sweatshirts..or better yet...AdiPi heartthrob shirts??
