Hilton Head (Part 1)

A few weeks ago, we loaded up the car and headed to our family's summer vacation in Hilton Head Island, SC.  Eight hours later we were ready to go: swim, surf- we couldn't wait!  The boys had been asking all summer, is it time to go to the beach?  We were ALL looking forward to the break from work and the daily grind. Grammie, Pops and Uncle Tyler were there to play in the sun and sand all week. 



The boys were excited to show off their swimming skills that they had been learning all summer.  We spent as much time as we could at the beach and in the pool, stopping only for naps!  These two could go, go, go with all that energy.  This was such a fun age, everything was so exciting to them.  Seashell collecting, splashing in the tide pools, going fishing/crabbing, building sand castles and discovering creatures (or parts of them) were favorite activities this year
