~Going Home~

Our last day at Brookwood- excited to take Caleb to his home! Discharge day went very smoothly, we were all ready to go by lunch time.  Daddy picked out Caleb's going home outfit (from the few I had packed!)  We were ready to take our baby home to his brothers and get a good, ie short, nights sleep in our own bed!

  It was almost nap time when we got home, so the boys changed into their "comfy clothes" and had to hold Caleb before they could go to sleep.

So glad to be home, to be all together as a family of five! Wow, that sounds so weird...  Ready to start life and begin a new normal.  Thankful my mom is able to stay and help us with the big boys and settle into a routine.  Here we go!
