The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing. Zephaniah 3:17

Fifty Nifty United States

I bet some of you know the words that come next in the song...."from the 13 American colonies." We all sang along (well some of us) with the 4K class at Shades Mountain Christian School as they presented their end of the year program- "Fifty Nifty United States." Why? Because my sweet nephew is a part of that class and was there proudly representing his birth-state of Alaska. We were so proud and amazed at their ability to stand (mostly still) and perform for 100+ people in the audience. It was very cute! Little sister Emma was very proud of her big brother and even stood up mid-performance to wave and holler "Hey Liam"- which sounds a little like "Hey Wee-am." It's about the cutest thing ever. Afterwards we all went out to Brewster's to have ice cream and officially kick-off summer. Liam kept us on our toes while trying out his new squirt gun that we gave him for some outdoor fun. Guess Aunt T should have waited until after ice cream! Luckily, no one ended up drenched and a great time was had by all.
