Six weeks and growing!

Yesterday we took the boys in for their one month check-up (they're actually already six weeks old). We were happy to get a good report from Dr. Gilbert! The boys are growing well and putting on adequate weight. Logan weighs 9lbs 2oz and is now 21 3/4 inches long. Will is 8lbs 12oz, and 21 inches long. They got a vaccine yesterday, was not too fun hearing them cry from the shot. Next check-up will be worse, they get four shots. I actually got both of the boys off to the doctor by myself yesterday. It was my first time attempting to go anywhere by myself. Andrew met me at the doctor's office, I wasn't quite brave enough to try and get them both into the office! It only took us from 6:30- until leaving at 9:30 to get ready to go. Oh my- hopefully our times will improve with practice.
The boys love hanging out with daddy- he likes to pick them both up and dance around with them to music. It really calms them. During the day they are becoming more and more active and alert and keeping mommy on her toes. They are now going between 4-6 hours at night. Now, if we could only get them to go to sleep right away after that last feeding! I was almost startled last night to see that the clock said 4:15. Hopefully this trend will continue.
We are amazed at how quickly these weeks have gone by... here are some more recent photos:

Six weeks already? I love the dancing picture. Don't you feel so much better getting 4-6 hours at night?

You know, sleeping 5 hours at one time is "sleeping through the night". Good work Mama! Love the new pics, and Logan doesn't look nearly as demanding as you say he is --- you must be making it all up ;)

Too cute! I think Will looks just like your dad in that pic! I love the bed pics - they are so precious! You'll get your "leaving the house" routine perfected soon and you'll get outta that house in no time - assuming there are no last minute spit-ups (clothes changes) and/or stinky diapers! : ) Love ya girl!
